I am a new business owner and was in a pitch to have my door closures installed to meet the ADA requirements in a short notice. I contacted Ken at Arizona Entrance Systems and he responded right away and informed me that he could help me out. He had to order parts that he did not have in stock and insured me as soon as they come in he would be there to install them. As a man of his word he did just that without having to chasing him down. The work he completed was great and done in a short time. I will be work with AES in the future for sure!!!
